Admitted as a Solicitor in 2001. Mark specialises
in Wills, Probate, Trusts and Elderly client
work including Lasting Powers of Attorney and
Court of Protection matters. He is a member of the
Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a
fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
Admitted as a Solicitor in 1994. Tracey specialises in Family and Litigation matters. She also practices in Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Inheritance Disputes.
Has worked in conveyancing for twelve years and is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer. Deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including Leaseholds, New Builds, Shared Ownership and Help to Buy schemes.
Sarah is studying for her CILEX qualification (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives). She is part our Private Client Team and specialises in Wills, Probate, Trusts and elderly client work including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
